Job Description JOB TITLE - 166135 Integrator - GEM Lab LOCATION - London SALARY: £72,702 - £80,780 HOURS: Full time WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week or 40% of your time at one of our office sites. About this opportunity: Business Transaction Banking helps our business and corporate customers hold, move and manage their money. Behind these everyday transactions, the GEM Lab develops and evolves the technology capabilities that keep these services moving. We’re looking for an Integrator to work at the heart of that change. With a broad view across the Lab, you’ll connect engineering, product, architecture, change and business teams, helping different pieces of work come together. When things get complex, you’ll help make sense of what’s happening, bring the right people together and find a practical way forward. Close collaboration with Lab and Platform leadership will also be key, using delivery data and insight to build a clear view of progress, priorities, risks and decisions. It’s a varied role with the opportunity to build relationships across LBG and play an important part in how change comes together. What you’ll be making happen: Connect activity across the GEM Lab, helping teams manage shared priorities and dependencies. Spot risks, blockers and emerging issues early, bringing the right people together to resolve them. Build alignment across engineering, product, architecture, change and business teams. Give Lab and Platform leadership clear insight into progress, priorities and key decisions. Help teams prioritise and sequence change while keeping governance, controls and operational readiness in view. Why join us? What you’ll need: Relationship management: A strong track record of building relationships across teams, bringing people together around shared outcomes and confidently navigating different priorities or points of view. Critical thinking: Confidence working through complexity and ambiguity, using your own initiative to find practical solutions and adapting your approach as priorities and challenges change. Communication: The ability to communicate complex information clearly, facilitate effective conversations and adapt the approach for different audiences, including senior leaders. Planning and risk management: Proven capability in bringing structure to interconnected activity, balancing priorities and dependencies, and identifying risks or issues early to help keep delivery on track. Data literacy: Confidence using data and insight to understand progress, highlight what needs attention and support informed decisions. And any experience of these would be really useful: Technology environments: Exposure to technology or technical change, with an understanding of how technology decisions connect to wider business outcomes. Agile delivery: Familiarity with Agile teams and ways of working in an Agile delivery environment.
