Key Responsibilities Review, validate, and maintain employee documentation to ensure records are complete, accurate, and compliant with organisational requirements. Update employee data and track documentation status to ensure records remain current and actions are completed within agreed timelines. Monitor outstanding documentation and follow up with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies, missing information, and pending requests promptly. Maintain accurate trackers and administrative records to support reporting, operational planning, and service delivery. Ensure adherence to data protection and confidentiality requirements to safeguard employee information and maintain compliance standards. Support audits, record reviews, and data maintenance activities to improve the accuracy and integrity of employee records. Minimum Qualifications Diploma or bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field. 0-2 years of administrative or HR support experience, with fresh graduates also encouraged to apply. Proficiency in written and spoken English, with Arabic language skills considered an advantage. Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to manage electronic records and documentation, including data entry, document validation, filing, and record maintenance. Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems and digital tools used for employee administration and record management
