Your impact As an intern at Tacto, you'll have real impact and real ownership. We only bring on people we trust to lead projects independently and would want to work with long-term. At Tacto, product manager and engineer are one role: the Builder. As an Intern Builder you find a problem worth solving, talk to the customers who have it, build the solution with AI, and ship it to the procurement teams who rely on Tacto. By the end you'll have shipped things to customers, built alongside strong role models, and left with a network that lasts. What you'll work on You join a pod of 1–3 Builders on one of the quarter's bets: the platform, our AI agents, integrations, or the data layer underneath. Depending on interest and capacity, there are usually chances to contribute to cross-functional projects too. How it works Say hello: we get to know you and what you want to build Case: you work on a case with Builders from the team We place you in a pod, and you ship from day one We also host regular events with top founders and speakers from the startup ecosystem (Lunch & Learns, hackathons), so you see the full picture of building a startup, not just your corner of it. What you need to work at Tacto Experience in a fast-paced environment: a startup, a scale-up, a strong technical project, whatever pushed you AI native: you live in Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, v0, Lovable or whatever ships next. You build agents, automate your own workflows, and test new models the day they drop. If your default for a hard problem isn't “let me see what I can do with AI”, this isn't the role You've shipped something with code, whether or not you studied CS: side projects, OSS, AI tools, something people use Self-driven and naturally curious: you don't need hand-holding Strong communication skills in German and English You care about the problem we're solving: helping European industry stay competitive for the long term Where our previous interns work now After Tacto, over 10 former interns have founded their own companies, 3 of them already through Y Combinator.
