We're looking for someone who earns the trust of senior leaders quickly, brings a point of view, and isn't afraid to push back. This individual should be a strategic thinker and a strong writer, comfortable moving between the big picture and the details, and energized by ambiguity. Most importantly, Lyft is about fostering an open, inclusive, and diverse community where all team members are recognized for what they bring, and we want you to be you. This role will report directly to Leslie Zodikoff as a member of the Internal Communications team and part of our Team Member Experience Team, which rolls into our People organization. Anticipate communications challenges and proactively develop solutions to address them before they arise. Use data and industry insights to inform strategy, and continuously improve how we communicate. Set high standards for communications quality, and support the growth of others on the team through mentorship and feedback. Maintain the Lyft brand and voice across all communications, written and verbal. Keep Lyft fun!
