Our company combines the highest service quality, culinary excellence, and exceptional experiences for an international audience Culinary leadership and operational responsibility for international catering assignments On-site role at Formula 1 Grand Prix weekends in the Paddock Club™ Ensuring our quality and service standards Leadership and coordination of international kitchen teams Collaboration with operations and service teams Contributing to the development of menus and food concepts Off-season / race break: Working in one of our DO & CO fine dining restaurants in Vienna Completed culinary training and several years of experience as a Sous Chef or Head Chef Experience in fine dining , upscale catering , or event gastronomy Valid work permit for Austria Structured working style and strong leadership skills Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally Excellent English skills ; additional languages are an advantage Team-oriented mindset and ability to work independently We offer a gross monthly salary of €5,500 , plus additional compensation for Formula 1 races & other international events An exciting combination of international event operations and traditional restaurant work The opportunity to become part of the exclusive world of Formula 1 Working with a high-profile, international clientele Long-term prospects within an internationally operating company Attractive, above-average compensation including travel expenses and allowances International career opportunities within DO & CO
