Job Accountability / Trách nhiệm chính This role is: • Manage and oversee investigations received from Customers’ complaints, self-monitoring programmes, Internal Hotline or as assigned by senior management, ensuring they are handled timely and effectively. Xem xét, phê duyệt và đệ trình kịp thời các kế hoạch điều tra, báo cáo điều tra để ban lãnh đạo cấp cao xem xét và đưa ra quyết định • Stay updated with industry trends, relevant laws and regulations, and ensure team’s compliance with internal policies and procedures. Cập nhật xu hướng ngành, các luật và quy định liên quan, đảm bảo đội ngũ tuân thủ các chính sách và quy trình nội bộ • Lead and mentor a team of investigators, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Job Responsibilities / Phạm vi công việc • Oversee and manage investigations related to potential violations against Local laws, PVA regulations, and policies of either Sales forces or Internal Staff.
