Visit our Institutional Page About the Role The Market Intelligence team provides insights on Nubank's businesses across the markets we serve, covering existing products and potential new retail products. We also monitor our competitors closely. Our goal is to become Nubank's think tank, with best-in-class research that combines in-depth studies with strategic and tactical recommendations. We draw on a large volume of public and private data to understand market drivers and trends, with a focus on our core competitors. We keep building our knowledge of both domestic and global markets. You’ll be Responsible for Lead analyses of the competitive dynamics of retail financial services in Brazil, Mexico, and other geographies Turn large and varied data sets, from external and internal sources, into clear insights and recommendations Own market studies from start to finish, including defining the question, choosing the approach, and delivering results Work with Finance, Product, and other teams to turn insights into decisions Present findings to senior leaders, including at the executive level Share knowledge with and support the development of less experienced team members What We're Looking For Someone Who Has Required Strong data analytics background, with proven experience working with large data sets Comfortable finding and navigating large data sets in modern data platforms, including writing queries (SQL or similar) to pull and shape the data you need Experience using AI tools to speed up research, analysis, and data exploration, while checking the quality of the results Ability to connect data points to explain market trends, competitor positioning, and value drivers Strong written and verbal communication, including adapting the message for senior audiences Ability to set priorities, work independently, and adapt quickly to new challenges Nice to Have Experience in finance, strategy, or consulting is a plus Knowledge of the Brazilian or Mexican financial market and its regulation is a plus Work Setup Location São Paulo, Brasil Work model Hybrid 2-3 times/week: Our hybrid work model brings us to the office at least twice a week, on strategic days designed to maximize team connection and collaboration.
