Your future team: You will join the Digital Governance and Transformation team at ROCKWOOL, a diverse and international group of IT Project Managers driving strategic digital initiatives across the organization. We work closely with global IT and business stakeholders to deliver complex transformation projects in a structured and collaborative way. Our team values transparency, ownership, and open communication, while supporting each other in achieving common goals. Together, we turn digital strategy into tangible business results. What you will be doing: Lead IT and digital transformation projects from initiation to successful delivery Define project scope, objectives, plans, budgets, and governance in partnership with business stakeholders. Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate resources, vendors, and implementation partners. Drive project execution, managing risks, issues, dependencies, changes, and stakeholder communication. Ensure delivery within agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality targets. Prepare project reporting and facilitate steering committee decisions. ​What you bring: 5+ years of IT project management experience delivering digital solutions in complex global environments. Experience in a manufacturing environment and/or in IT infrastructure technical projects. Certifications: Prince2 Practitioner (preferred) or PMP. Agile certification is a plus. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable engaging diverse audiences. Ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships with key business partners. Experience working in global and multicultural environments. Willingness to travel within Europe, North America, and Asia, depending on project needs. Excellent English (spoken & written).
