Maintain complete, accurate, and current model documentation, including methodology, data requirements, assumptions, limitations, monitoring results, changes, and supporting evidence. Lead analysis and remediation of model issues and model-risk findings, coordinating with development, technology, data, investigations, and Model Risk Management partners. Support development and enhancement of transaction-monitoring models, end user computing tools (EUCTs), and analytical reports, translating money-laundering typologies and red flags into measurable features and data requirements. Execute applicable model-governance and transaction-monitoring controls, retaining evidence and coordinating required reviews and approvals. Communicate model behavior, emerging risks, analytical findings, and remediation status clearly to leadership, governance partners, Model Risk Management, audit, and other stakeholders. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Hands-on experience owning AML Transaction Monitoring models, Financial Crimes models, Fraud Detection models, Customer Risk Rating models, or other quantitative risk models, including ongoing monitoring, implementation testing, technical documentation, lifecycle management, and issue remediation. Experience analyzing large transaction-level datasets, reconciling outputs, investigating data-quality issues, and assessing the impact of model or data changes. Experience with statistical analysis, model-performance measurement, feature development, segmentation, and threshold evaluation. Experience supporting independent model validation, responding to findings, and preparing evidence-supported remediation documentation. Knowledge of BSA/AML transaction monitoring, money-laundering typologies, and red flags. Experience translating complex technical analysis into clear documentation and decision-ready communications.
