Maintain visibility into token usage, model consumption, cost trends, and capacity requirements at the agent, workflow, business area, and portfolio levels. Translate token, cost, latency, risk, and usage data into capacity management recommendations that keep the agentic operating model aligned with business-area strategic priorities. Develop executive-ready reporting that communicates agent health, performance, resilience, risk posture, capacity consumption, and recommended prioritization decisions.
