You will thrive on the challenge of balancing technical, team, client, and project leadership by: Working across mature offshore oil and gas production facilities, with a focus on green & brownfield engineering, asset integrity, redevelopment, and life extension Setting clear technical direction for direct reports on any assigned projects and work scopes Representing the electrical discipline in design reviews, HAZOPs, HazIDs and LOPA Your dual focus on relationships and delivery will be essential. Anticipating client needs beyond the immediate scope, you will drive technical excellence and assurance on the electrical engineering portion, while enabling the ongoing growth and development of your team. You will also work in close partnership with other disciplines and the client to enable robust technical decisions that ultimately add value to the client and asset portfolio.
