Role Summary: LSEG is seeking a dynamic and hands-on Lead Software Engineer to be part of a high-performing engineering team in delivering strategic services for our flagship LSEG Workspace platform. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of our technology ecosystem while encouraging a culture of excellence and innovation within your team. What You’ll Be Doing: As a Lead Software Engineer, you will be a member of the Application Infrastructure team, responsible for building, improving and maintaining the delivery of cloud-native products, applying your expertise in technologies to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-performance solutions. You will play a key role in designing and developing backend systems that power our flagship product, LSEG Workspace. You’ll work in a distributed team environment and collaborate with hardworking Product Managers, Architects, Software Engineers and Site Reliability Engineers across the globe. Architect and implement backend services using NodeJS, C# and both Azure and AWS cloud infrastructure. Collaborate with multi-functional teams to deliver new features and improvements. Ensure code quality, security, and performance across the application's framework. Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and agile ceremonies. Applying a wide range of policies or standards. Identifying and resolving technical and operational problems. Taking decisions involving interpretation of data, planning your own work, and refining the methods and techniques to be used. What You’ll Bring: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer
