As a Lead Tech Operations Consultant , you will play a key role in developing a strategic approach to enable a high performing organization through increased operational efficiency, budget and resource management, continuous learning efforts, and team effectiveness. Your core responsibilities will include the following: Drive operational intelligence by partnering with teams to analyze key tech metrics, identify trends, and surface actionable insights against goals Lead strategic operational initiatives aligned to portfolio priorities, driving measurable improvements in efficiency, planning, and execution Influence strategy development by synthesizing data, insights, and cross-functional input to inform direction and tradeoffs Own the definition and evolution of portfolio health, establishing clear measures across: Financial (capital investment, L&M, resourcing) Operational (reliability, security, compliance) Drive end-to-end financial operations ensuring alignment to contract terms by providing financial oversight across a complex portfolio of investments including; purchase orders, invoicing, forecasting, accruals, amortization, reconciliations, variance analysis, and spend reporting. Translate financial and operational data into decision-ready insights, including scenario planning and recommendations to adjust tactics and meet goals Identify systemic patterns, emerging risks, and forward-looking opportunities to proactively improve how the business operates Design and evolve operational routines to drive accountability, alignment, and clarity across leadership forums Create clear, executive-ready narratives that enable leadership to quickly understand system health, risks, and required actions Drive continuous improvement and process optimization, establishing and scaling best practices that improve team effectiveness and throughput Partner with Finance to connect financial processes to decision-making, ensuring teams are prepared for reviews and aligned to enterprise expectations Influence across the organization, building strong
