What You'll Do Act as a technical reference and role model for safety, quality, and operational excellence. Support and coach technicians in their daily activities, ensuring compliance with procedures, standards, and safety requirements. Assist the Supervisor in coordinating maintenance operations in the field. Monitor maintenance activities and contribute to the development of team capabilities. Participate in complex interventions requiring a high level of technical expertise and troubleshooting skills. Use specialized diagnostic and analytical tools and support others in their effective use. Ensure the quality of documentation and reporting across company systems. Contribute to the implementation of new processes, working methods, and best practices. Participate in the training and development of technicians and ST Operators. Support the Supervisor in monitoring team competency development and progression plans. In certain situations, act as the primary customer contact for on-site operational activities. What We're Looking For Education and Experience Technical qualification in industrial maintenance, electrical engineering, mechanics, hydraulics, or a related field. Solid experience in industrial maintenance or the wind energy sector. Proven expertise in diagnostics and troubleshooting. Experience in, or a strong interest in, technical coaching and developing team capabilities. Valid driver's license required. Skills Natural leadership and the ability to inspire and engage teams.
