About the programme The Dubai Holding Leaders of Tomorrow Graduate Programme is our flagship initiative designed to accelerate the careers of high-potential graduates through a structured, 12-month development journey. Through functional placements across one of Dubai Holding’s diverse businesses, real-world projects, senior mentorship, specialised training, a strategic capstone project, participants develop future-ready skills, gain valuable industry insights and build a strong foundation for long-term career progression across the Group. As part of a collaborative and inclusive team, they will contribute to meaningful initiatives, receive recognition for their work and access community service and networking opportunities. What participants can expect Gain hands-on experience through specialised assignments and strategic projects across Dubai Holding’s diverse businesses, supported by structured technical and soft skills development. What we are looking for Cumulative GPA of 3.0 and above (or equivalent). Completion or exemption of UAE National Service (if applicable). Previous internship/training experience is preferred. Ability to communicate effectively and proficiently in English. Involvement in extra-curricular activities or community initiatives during university. Ability to join Dubai Holding by August 2027.
