Partner with Controls Engineers, Technicians, team managers, and DC Operations stakeholders across AMER to align curriculum to operational needs, coordinate SME content reviews, and prevent training materials from going stale. Own the training program roadmap, milestones, and dependencies — including the onboarding platform, shadowing tooling, and training lab and communicate program status and metrics to senior leadership through regular reporting cadences.
