This is a full-time and fixed-term position, preferably from the beginning of December 2026 until end of May 2027. In this trainee role, you will get to work on a broad range of legal matters across both our Real Estate function and Energy business, alongside experienced colleagues. You will: Assist Group Counsel responsible for UPM Real Estate legal matters with real estate transactions Draft and comment simple or standard agreements and agreement templates like lease or sale and purchase agreements and energy business related agreements Assist in legal and organizational tasks related to wind and solar power projects’ land lease Do legal research, archive and do other paralegal tasks Who you are We are looking for a person with positive attitude, service-oriented mindset and genuine interest to learn and grow as a legal professional in real estate, environmental and energy matters. In this position, you will need to be able to take ownership of your own work and manage multiple responsibilities and tasks concurrently while remaining focused on the key priorities.
