In this role, you will be responsible for managing and continuously enhancing our central vendor intelligence repository, ensuring information is accurate, current, and accessible to consultants and stakeholders across the business. You will gather, validate, analyse, and organise intelligence from a variety of sources, including client engagements, industry research, commercial documentation, and AI-assisted research tools. You will support consultants in client engagements by providing timely relevant vendor intelligence to inform customer engagements. What you’ll need 3-5 years' experience in an operational, analytical, or research-focused role within the IT industry, with exposure to areas such as software licensing, software asset management, vendor management, procurement, technology operations, commercial operations, or knowledge management. A broad understanding of the enterprise technology landscape, software industry, and how major vendors operate. Basic understanding of software licensing concepts, subscription-based business models, cloud services, and enterprise software procurement practices. Experience maintaining and managing structured databases, repositories, knowledge management platforms, or other information management systems. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess information from multiple sources, identify trends, and determine relevance, accuracy, and business value. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage large volumes of information while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong written communication and documentation skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and actionable content for a variety of audiences.
