To liaise with Procurement, Warehouse, Operations, Suppliers, Freight Forwarders, Customs Authorities, and Project Teams to ensure all materials and equipment are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company procedures, schedules, and regulatory requirements. Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities: Accountable for the successful coordination and execution of logistics activities and material movements. Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment. Monitor transportation schedules and shipment progress from origin to final destination. Arrange transportation and logistics support for project materials, equipment, and personnel as required. Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, transportation providers, and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective logistics services.
