Job Purpose: As the Shared Service Center continues to expand, three new leadership positions are needed to provide appropriate management support, enhance decision-making capabilities, and maintain operational excellence. These positions will help drive team performance, improve service delivery, and support the organization's future growth objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1 Supervise and support Executives in the daily execution of Air Import & Export operations, ensuring timely and accurate shipment processing. 2 Monitor operational KPIs, productivity, shipment milestones, and SLA compliance, implementing corrective actions to maintain service excellence. 3 Coordinate with airlines, overseas agents, customs brokers, trucking providers, and customers to ensure smooth air freight shipment execution. 4 Manage operational escalations, urgent shipments, flight disruptions, delays, and service failures, ensuring timely resolution and customer communication. 5 Ensure compliance with company SOPs, airline regulations, customs requirements, security procedures, and international trade regulations. 6 Distribute workload, manage team priorities, and optimize operational resources to ensure efficiency and business continuity. 7 Coach, mentor, and develop Executives through training, performance feedback, and operational support to strengthen team capabilities. 8 Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps, increasing operational efficiency, and promoting best practices within the Air Operations team. Education & Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in: • International Business • International Trade • Business Administration • Transportation or related field 2. Strong understanding of Air Freight operations and international logistics processes. 3. English skills • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (written and verbal). • Ability to lead operational discussions, manage airline and customer escalations, and communicate effectively with global stakeholders in English. • Strong business writing skills for operational reporting and customer communication. • Ability to participate actively in meetings, conference calls, and operational reviews in English. • Strong understanding of air freight terminology and operational communication in English. 4. English skills • Advanced English proficiency. • Ability to lead customer meetings, airline negotiations, and regional operational discussions confidently in English. • Experience working in multinational SSC or global logistics environments using English daily. • Strong presentation and stakeholder influencing skills in English. Experience: 1. 3 to 5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding Air Operations. 2. Strong experience managing Air Import & Export shipments end-to-end. 3. Experience supervising or mentoring operational
