About the role Step into a pivotal role within Swiss Re's Digital Workplace team, where you will be at the forefront of continued workplace transformation. As a Workplace Engineer, you will co-lead the strategy, adoption, and delivery of intelligent Digital Workplace capabilities with a spotlight on Microsoft 365 Real Time Communication, Meeting Room Systems, Workplace AI assistants, agents and automation. Your work will directly shape the modern, best-in-class digital experience for our global workforce, driving measurable business value while ensuring services are delivered in line with security, compliance, regulatory, and governance requirements. Key Responsibilities Drive platform evolution of Workplace and Microsoft 365 Real Time Communication and Meeting Room System capabilities, as well as security, governance and compliance controls, translating internal risk policies into technical measures and operating procedures. Hands-on implementation of Microsoft 365 capabilities, identifying, evaluating, and developing effective processes, user journeys and services in the Real Time Communications and Meeting Room Systems that meet business requirements. Drive third level support cases , interfacing both with vendors like Microsoft and internal teams. Leverage data platforms such as MS Power Platform and Palantir Foundry to drive data-informed workplace decisions and visualisations Continuously upskill , improve controls and procedures, and actively share knowledge across teams to foster a culture of learning and innovation About the Team We in Digital Workplace (DWP) set out to make it easy for more than 14,000 employees to seamlessly connect with people, ideas, and expertise — within and beyond Swiss Re.
