Act as the field execution owner and first-line technical responder for rotating equipment maintenance and breakdowns, providing hands-on technical oversight, rapid troubleshooting, maintenance quality assurance, and accurate field-validated information to support operational and management decisions. Translate approved maintenance strategy and engineering requirements into high-quality field execution while ensuring accurate as found/as-left documentation, equipment readiness, and effective coordination between Maintenance, Operations, Planning, contractors, and supporting disciplines. Lead Field Execution & Technical Oversight Lead and coordinate field execution of preventive, corrective, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities for rotating equipment. Provide hands-on technical guidance during equipment dismantling, inspection, overhaul, alignment, mechanical seal replacement, assembly, installation, and commissioning.
