Position Summary You will lead management accounting activities to deliver timely, accurate financial information. You will work closely with finance leaders, commercial and supply chain partners, shared service teams, and external providers. Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Lead month-end management close for assigned entities, ensuring accurate P&L and balance sheet postings and timely delivery of management packs. - Own balance sheet reconciliations and control activities, investigate variances and drive timely resolution. - Prepare clear financial analysis and commentary to support business decisions and senior stakeholder reviews. - Partner with commercial, supply chain, tax and shared service teams to ensure transactions are recorded and reported correctly. - Manage relationships with BPOs and shared service partners to maintain consistent delivery and improve processes. - Support process improvements and reporting automation, including ERP and reporting tool changes. Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals - Degree or professional accounting qualification (for example ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent practical experience in accounting. - Minimum 5 years’ experience in management accounting, financial reporting or statutory accounting. - Strong working knowledge of IFRS and month-end close processes. - Practical experience with SAP or similar ERP systems and strong Excel skills. - Proven ability to prepare reconciliations, analyses and management commentary for stakeholders. - This role is hybrid, with regular on-site collaboration as agreed with your manager. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus - Experience working with shared service providers or BPOs and managing external delivery partners. - Familiarity with SOX or other internal control frameworks and audit readiness. - Exposure to supply chain finance, intercompany accounting or trading partner finance. - Experience with reporting and data tools such as Power BI, Tableau or SQL for analysis and automation. - Track record of leading small teams or mentoring junior accountants. - Experience in finance transformation or ERP migration projects, including testing and cutover support.
