Position Summary You will lead management accounting activities that support timely, accurate financial reporting and strong business decisions. You will work closely with finance leaders, commercial and supply chain partners, and external service providers. We value clear thinking, practical problem-solving and a collaborative approach. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Lead the month-end management close for assigned entities, ensuring accurate P&L and balance sheet postings and timely delivery of management packs. - Own balance sheet reconciliations, investigate variances and drive timely resolution with stakeholders. - Prepare clear financial analysis and commentary to support business decisions and senior reviews. - Partner with commercial, supply chain, tax and shared service teams to ensure transactions are recorded and controlled correctly. - Work with shared service partners and external vendors to monitor delivery and improve process efficiency. - Support finance process improvements and reporting automation, including ERP and reporting tool updates. Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals - Degree or professional accounting qualification (for example ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent practical experience in accounting. - Minimum 5 years’ experience in management accounting, financial reporting, or statutory accounting. - Strong working knowledge of IFRS and month-end close processes. - Practical experience with SAP or a similar ERP, and strong Excel skills. - Proven ability to prepare reconciliations, variance analyses and management commentary for stakeholders. - This role is hybrid, with regular on-site collaboration as agreed with your manager. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus - Experience working with shared service providers or third-party BPOs and managing external delivery partners. - Familiarity with internal control frameworks such as SOX and experience supporting audits. - Exposure to supply chain finance, intercompany accounting or trading partner finance processes. - Hands-on experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau or SQL for data analysis and automation. - Track record of leading small teams, mentoring colleagues or managing stakeholders across regions. - Experience in finance transformation, ERP migration projects or S/4HANA deployments, including testing and cutover support.
