Job Description We are looking for talented and ambitious consultants, based in the Netherlands, with experience from the aviation industry to strengthen our team. You will join both a local and a global world-class team that, together with a strong partner group, works on some of the most complex challenges in the industry. As part of expanding our European presence within aviation, you will collaborate closely with clients and colleagues across borders. We therefore seek candidates who thrive in both national and international environments and who bring strong collaboration skills. In this role, you will support or lead the delivery of strategic and complex consulting engagements, including managing teams and senior clients. You will also contribute to business development for both new and existing clients by supporting proposal work, sharing insights and shaping service offerings that address strategic client needs. You will have the opportunity to build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor who translates complex issues into clear business opportunities and decisions.
