Apply now.” – Emmi Mäntylä, Director, Global Accounting and Reporting What you will do Ensure high quality and compliant Business Accounting and Reporting services for Adhesive Materials, Energy and Specialty Materials businesses Lead, coach, and develop a team of accounting and reporting professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement Oversee and ensure the delivery of advanced accounting and reporting activities while maintaining a hands-on approach when needed Drive continuous improvement and actively contribute to finance transformation initiatives and business projects to enhance accounting and reporting processes Collaborate closely with Business Control and other key stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery and support business decision-making Ensure effective governance, stakeholder management, and transparent information sharing within your area of responsibility Leverage digital solutions, automation, and modern technologies to enhance reporting, analytics, and process efficiency Who you are You are an experienced finance professional with a strong sense of ownership and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
