Job Description The Manager - Business Planning and Support is responsible for the planning and implementation of projects that support the Sales organization. This role assists the Sales department in providing technical and administrative product information and works with the market research team to ensure market analysis data is used for quoting customer prices. The Manager prepares the distribution of accounts to Sales Representatives and updates the automated tracking system. All roles require digital fluency, including the ability to work with emerging technologies such as Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to support everyday work. Key Responsibilities Support Business Planning and Operations (BPO) Head and partner with business development and functional units to achieve organizational goals. Participate in creation of robust country and functional plans, track and report progress against plans aligned with regular business reviews. Coordinate collection of relevant data with functional units, business development teams, and management. Prepare and distribute quarterly market sales performance data and monthly market profitability reports with commentary. Conduct adhoc analysis such as deep dives into markets, clients, products, and revenue streams to drive new sales efforts and provide business insights. Participate in the review of actual allocation of resources vs plans and recommend potential reallocations or reprioritization. Support the creation and management of governance frameworks for leadership teams to review performance through periodic cross-functional meetings. Champion the internal adoption of Visa CRM tools, support BPO Head in driving usage by publishing data such as opportunities, pipeline dashboards, and account plans. Lead specific projects for the cluster requiring broad coordination efforts across multiple countries or functional areas. Build and develop collaborative relationships with multiple partners and clients, and work with Account Executives to identify new opportunities that help grow their business. Provide regular sales performance reporting to internal stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making and business growth. Qualifications Basic Qualifications 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD. Experience in business analysis, strategy, management consulting, payments industry, or financial services. Experience in financial planning, data analysis, and reporting. Demonstrated fluency in Generative AI technologies, with a track record of integrating AI-powered tools into business processes to improve productivity, strengthen analytical capabilities, and enable smarter commercial decision-making. Exceptional project management and execution skills, with experience leading strategic, multi-stakeholder initiatives across markets and functions, driving alignment, prioritization, and successful delivery against business objectives. Experience in using MS Excel and MS PowerPoint; knowledge of MS Power BI, Tableau, and Business Objects is a plus. Experience in preparing and distributing sales performance and profitability reports. Experience in supporting business planning and operations activities. Experience in coordinating data collection
