As the Communications and Engagement Manager reporting to the Global Business Services (GBS) KL Site Lead , you will partner closely with GBS leadership to drive organisational change, strengthen both internal and external communications, and enhance employee engagement. The role is responsible for fostering a high-performing and connected workplace culture by leading change initiatives, developing effective communication strategies, and delivering engagement programmes that support business priorities and organisational transformation as the Communications and Engagement (CCE) Business Partner. Make an Impact by: Communications & Employee Engagement Serve as the Communications and Engagement (CCE) business partner for Singtel GBS KL, leading all change management, internal communications, and employee engagement initiatives. Develop and execute the annual Communications and Engagement strategy and roadmap aligned with Singtel Group and GBS business priorities. Lead communications for organisational change, transformation programmes, leadership initiatives, and employee engagement campaigns across multiple audiences. Partner with the Site Lead and Leadership Council to define and deliver the annual communications calendar, leadership messaging, and engagement agenda. Establish governance for all GBS KL communications, ensuring consistent messaging, appropriate approvals, communication cadence, and channel effectiveness. Align local communications with Singtel Group Corporate Communications and Change teams to ensure consistency with the Group's communications strategy and COMMIT culture. Develop compelling communication materials including leadership messages, presentations, town halls, newsletters, email campaigns, SharePoint, Viva Engage and other digital communication platforms. Ensure the organisation's strategy, priorities and key messages are effectively communicated to employees through appropriate communication channels. Provide communications support for organisational change, business transformation and major strategic initiatives. Track the communications and engagement budget and provide regular performance updates to the GBS KL Site Lead. External Communications & Employer Branding Manage Singtel GBS KL's external communications and digital presence, ensuring compliance with Singtel Group branding and social media guidelines. Partner with Talent Acquisition and People & Culture to strengthen employer branding, talent attraction and employee retention through employee stories, testimonials, university outreach and recruitment campaigns. Develop campaigns showcasing GBS achievements, customer success stories, innovation and business milestones to strengthen employee pride and organisational reputation. Prepare communication materials for senior leadership's external speaking engagements, stakeholder presentations and industry events. Stakeholder Management & Business Partnership Build strong partnerships across Singtel Group business units to deliver effective communication and engagement solutions that support business priorities. Provide strategic communications advice and proactive recommendations to stakeholders on engagement and change initiatives. Collaborate with Group Communications, Branding and Change teams to ensure alignment with enterprise-wide initiatives and best practices.
