We are searching for the best talent for Project Transcend: Manager, Deliver/Customer Service Workstream Leader, MedTech – Dynamo Deployment and Transcend Business Adoption Support. We are seeking a Deliver Workstream Lead ensuring the pre-defined global Transcend Order‑to‑Cash (OTC) template effectively supports the North America business processes for DC network strategies. This role is duration based and will conclude on or around March 2029. Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the Company for US based candidates. This role partners with functional and cross‑functional teams to represent Deliver/Customer Service requirements, validate template build decisions, and ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and adoption‑ready for end users. The role fosters the Transcend Dynamo solution within Deliver/Customer Service, guiding process alignment, testing, and change enablement to ensure readiness, consistency, and successful deployment. The position will directly manage a team comprised of process leads and Deliver subject matter experts representing the various business units in scope for North America. This role will also support Project Transcend 2.0 with business adoption support including change impacts, training, work instruction, SOP's and customer communication.
