## Description

We are seeking an experienced Data Centre Electrical Manager (Operations) to lead the operation, maintenance, and reliability of critical electrical infrastructure within our data centre environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring uninterrupted power availability, operational excellence, and compliance with industry safety standards. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of electrical infrastructure, including power distribution systems, transformers, switchgear, UPS systems, and generators. Ensure maximum uptime and reliability of power systems through proactive monitoring and maintenance. Develop, implement, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance strategies. Lead troubleshooting activities and manage responses to electrical incidents and emergency situations. Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, electrical codes, and workplace safety standards. Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency, reliability, and operational performance. Manage electrical upgrades, infrastructure enhancement projects, and capacity expansion initiatives. Collaborate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to deliver operational objectives. Support budgeting, resource allocation, cost optimization, and financial planning activities. Maintain accurate technical documentation, operational reports, and maintenance records. Conduct risk assessments and promote a strong culture of safety and operational discipline. What We're Looking For Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in electrical operations and maintenance. Strong background in data centres, mission-critical facilities or industrial plants Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and managing operational activities. Skills & Competencies Deep understanding of electrical infrastructure and critical power systems. Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities. Proven leadership and people management skills. Knowledge of electrical safety regulations, industry standards, and compliance requirements. Project management and execution capabilities. Experience in budgeting, cost management, and resource planning. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Why Join Us?
