Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business to establish a standalone orthopedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. The Manager, LMS & Learning Platforms plays a critical role in enabling high‑quality learning experiences for global learners across DePuy Synthes. This role leads the strategy, governance, and optimization of learning technology platforms, ensuring scalable, user‑focused solutions that drive capability building across commercial teams. You will partner cross‑functionally to deliver modern, data‑driven learning solutions that improve performance, enhance engagement, and support business growth. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the strategy, governance, and continuous improvement of the Learning Management System (LMS) and associated learning platforms to support global commercial education initiatives • Manage end‑to‑end lifecycle of learning platforms, including planning, implementation, optimization, and ongoing enhancements • Partner with Education, Commercial Excellence, and cross‑functional stakeholders to align platform capabilities with learning priorities and business objectives • Oversee platform configuration, content administration standards, and data integrity to ensure consistent, high‑quality learner experiences • Utilize learning analytics and reporting to measure effectiveness, identify insights, and drive continuous improvement of learning programs • Ensure learning content is delivered through appropriate digital channels and modalities to maximize reach and effectiveness • Collaborate with IT and external vendors to manage system integrations, upgrades, and compliance with security and data privacy standards • Define and implement global processes, governance models, and best practices for LMS usage and learning platform operations • Support change management, user adoption, and training for new platform features and enhancements • Lead or contribute to global projects that advance digital learning innovation and learner experience Qualifications Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Learning & Development, Information Systems, Technology, or a related field required •
