## Description

Manager Mechanical-Design (Data Center) We are hiring for - Manager Mechanical-Design (Data Center) Location: Jakarta, Indonesia Key Accountabilities: Lead architectural design and development of data center and mission-critical projects from concept through construction and handover. Develop and review layouts, space planning, specifications, and construction documentation for data halls, MEP rooms, security areas, and support facilities. Ensure compliance with client requirements, building codes, authority regulations, fire and life safety, accessibility, and security standards. Coordinate building envelope systems, roofing, waterproofing, fire-rated construction, finishes, and architectural interfaces. Lead multidisciplinary coordination with civil, structural, MEP, ELV, ICT, fire protection, and security teams. Manage architectural consultants, design teams, BIM coordinators, project deliverables, schedules, and design quality. Lead BIM coordination and review Revit models, federated models, and clash detection reports. Manage authority submissions, approvals, design reviews, risks, and design changes. Provide construction support through technical submittal reviews, RFIs, site inspections, and resolution of design issues. Lead and mentor design teams and support commissioning, snagging, as-built documentation, and final handover. Experience: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related discipline; professional registration is preferred. 10–15+ years of architectural design experience, preferably in data centers or mission-critical facilities. Proven experience in architectural design leadership, consultant management, and multidisciplinary coordination. Strong knowledge of data center planning, building codes, fire and life safety, security, and construction methods. Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM coordination. Experience in technical design reviews, construction documentation, authority approvals, and site support. Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables within schedule, quality, and technical requirements. Knowledge of building envelope systems, architectural specifications, materials, and constructability. Data center or mission-critical facility certifications are an advantage.
