This individual will be accountable to drive service, inventory and agility performance across external supply chains and have direct accountability for planning activities and product flow from external partner manufacturing facilities through to delivery of product into the J&J distribution network. This manager will utilize data to drive continuous improvement of supply chain processes in a systematic manner. This manager will develop and execute a capacity and supply planning strategy that will yield significant results and take the company to the next level of supply chain performance.
