Job Function: Procurement Job Sub Function: Category Job Category: Professional All Job Posting Locations: Beerse, Antwerp, Belgium Job Description: Manager, EMEA Fleet Procurement Location: Beerse, Belgium Contract: Full Time - Hybrid About The Role: Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a Manager, EMEA Fleet Procurement. The position will be based in Beerse, Belgium. The Manager EMEA Fleet Procurement will be responsible for 50% of the Fleet Program across EMEA, in support of approximately 6,000 vehicles of Johnson & Johnson Companies in EMEA. This spend is highly sophisticated in nature and requires close collaboration with supplier leadership, business leaders, and regional leaders with oversight in the areas of Finance, Safe Fleet, Total Rewards and Sustainability. This leader will implement the procurement strategy and deliver against EMEA targets for financial performance, quality, service and compliance. The Manager, EMEA Fleet Procurement will report to the Global Category Leader Fleet, and will be responsible for category strategy development, business partner engagement, sourcing, contracting, negotiating and supplier management in the EMEA region. The scope of responsibilities for this regional role includes: · Implement the vision, strategy and implementation plan for categories of spend that enable long-range business outcomes and improve value for J&J partners · Engage directly with suppliers and other senior leadership to assure J&J and supplier objectives are aligned and met, including quality, reliability, innovation and cost. · Act as a business engagement leader, identifying business demand requirements and delivering value improvements and competitive advantage. · Engage with business partners to ensure alignment by understanding their long-range requirements · Deliver on financial, service, reliability, quality, innovation, and growth commitments · Develop deep supplier relationships with strategic suppliers to include data review and analysis, performance management, improvement of end-to-end value and innovation · Identify, develop, and recommend the implementation of Procurements goals and category strategies, based on deep subject matter expertise and an informal understanding of industry/market dynamics · Identify and raise risks that may impact business outcomes. Experience and Qualifications Required: University/bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; MBA/Advanced degree preferred. At least 8 years of relevant professional experience and proficiency in core Procurement areas of focus (e.g., Category Management, Business Engagement and Supplier Relationship Management). Leadership, communication, influencing, collaboration skills are required Must be able to prioritize requests and propose effective cost/customer service alternatives. Must have the ability to demonstrate sound judgment and creativity in developing when resolving issues. Sophisticated relationship management abilities at the leadership level including customer orientation is required. Strong project and organizational change capabilities are required.
