Learn more at https://jnjmedtech.com We are searching for the best talent for a Product Manager, Polyphonic Surgery will own the product lifecycle, from customer discovery and business case development through requirements management, product delivery, commercialization, and ongoing optimization for an assigned product domain within the Polyphonic Surgery platform. You will work closely with engineering, design, clinical, and commercial partners to move features from concept through release, and you will help ensure what we build removes friction for surgeons and hospital teams. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for a product manager who is energized by getting high-quality product into customers' hands. You will report to a Director of Product Management and collaborate across internal teams and strategic partners. This position will be based in Santa Clara, CA. Must be able to travel up to 25% (U.S. and international. Purpose: Polyphonic Surgery is at an important stage of growth, with a strong foundation and an opportunity to expand its impact across new markets and health systems. Our focus is on commercialization, strengthening the core offering, and accelerating new clinical and operational intelligence solutions through select partner capabilities. We are recruiting a Product Manager to help shape and deliver this next phase of growth. You will be responsible for: Define the product strategy and roadmap, helping shape trade-offs and sequencing in support of the business goals.
