Together, we are shaping the future. ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects in PowerTech. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, analytical, and capable of managing cross-functional teams to achieve business goals and objectives. A PMP certification and a degree in engineering will be considered advantageous. RESPONSIBILITIES Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Create detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and manage project performance against them. Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure smooth project execution. Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. Track project progress and prepare regular reports on performance, risks, and issues. Lead risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies. Conduct project evaluations and implement improvements for future initiatives. Ensure projects are delivered in compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (engineering preferred). Minimum 5 years of project management experience. Solid understanding of project management methodologies. Experience managing full project lifecycles from initiation to close. Strong proficiency in project management tools. SAP or other ERP experience. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS PMP (Project Management Professional) certification. Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or similar). Experience managing development, technical, technology and production related projects. Skills and Attributes : Strong leadership and team coordination skills. Self-starter and able to work independently. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. High attention to detail with a commitment to quality. Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
