The Project Engineering Manager provides leadership and direction for project engineering resources responsible for the end-to-end execution strategic capital manufacturing projects supporting the Warsaw site. This role is accountable for projects from scope and business-case development through engineering, procurement, implementation, qualification/validation, production readiness, and formal handoff to the sustaining organization. A successful candidate must partner across functions to deliver projects within established safety, quality, compliance, scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
