Acting as the senior point of contact for Sales and Leadership on support needs, clarifying requirements and setting expectations on scope and turnaround. Setting performance expectations and running regular one to one meetings, goal setting, performance reviews, and career development conversations. Leading hiring, onboarding, and training for the team, and building the documentation and playbooks that make onboarding repeatable. Ensuring the team adheres to the hybrid work policy, including monitoring and reinforcing that coordinators are in the office the minimum required days. Serving as the escalation point for the team, including acting as a DCA escalation point and liaison with Customer Service on customer related issues such as complaints and technical support. Identifying opportunities to streamline and standardize processes, documenting best practices, and training the team on new tools and workflows. You will also: Extracting, transforming, and consolidating data from multiple systems, such as Salesforce, internal databases, and spreadsheets, using Alteryx and advanced Excel. Automating manual and recurring reporting through Alteryx workflows and Excel automation to reduce effort across the team. Consolidating and interpreting campaign performance metrics, for example response rates, meetings booked, and pipeline influenced, and reporting on them to leadership. Maintaining core sales databases and reporting on sales numbers, usage, and online versus print content.
