Job Summary: PwC Channel Islands is expanding a real estate centre of excellence of Chartered Surveyors, RICS Registered Valuers and real estate industry specialists, who, working in conjunction with our network of PwC member firms, support a wide range of local and international clients on a range of real estate matters. The role will provide you with an opportunity to work alongside other experienced Managers / Senior Managers and the Real Estate Value Advisory Director on a range of client engagements, often in collaboration with other PwC teams, including with our Real Estate practices in our network of PwC member firms. Within this role, you will spend a significant proportion of your time dedicated to working with our Audit practice, critically assessing valuation methodologies and assumptions as part of the audit of our clients’ financial statements. This will involve direct contact with clients, third party managers and valuers, as well as responsibility for the leadership, mentoring and coaching of Associates and Senior Associates within the team.
