Turn incident learnings into durable improvement actions that prevent repeat events. Lead and mentor a team of SREs, providing technical guidance, coaching, and support that foster collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Hire, develop, organize, and equip talent, and make hiring decisions. Build a service culture and motivate staff through clear expectations and constructive feedback. Foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation, learning, knowledge sharing, and professional development. Encourage the team to adopt AI tools responsibly. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, and infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or Bicep. Experience designing and supporting scalable systems and services. Experience with observability tools such as Datadog or New Relic, and with defining service level objectives (SLOs) and monitoring standards. Experience using AI/ML tools to improve service, reduce cost, and reduce toil. Comfort evaluating and adopting new AI tools, including validating their outputs and handling data responsibly.
