Reporting to the Director, Global Regulatory Affairs Strategy, Portfolio & Operations, this position serves as a strategic partner to leadership, driving organizational effectiveness, business operations, strategic planning, executive communications, governance, and cross-functional execution. The role translates strategic objectives into actionable plans, facilitates leadership alignment, and ensures priorities are executed effectively across a complex and evolving global organization. The position also provides flexible support across broader Regulatory Operations & Digital Innovation (RODI) initiatives, partnering with leaders and teams to address emerging priorities and operational needs. You will be responsible for: Strategic Planning & Business Management Support the development, execution, and tracking of SPO strategic priorities and annual business objectives. Translate leadership goals into actionable plans, measurable milestones, and execution roadmaps. Monitor progress against key initiatives, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities. Conduct strategic analyses and develop recommendations to support leadership decision-making. Drive alignment across strategic priorities, organizational goals, and resource planning activities. Leadership Support & Organizational Effectiveness Partner closely with leadership to improve organizational effectiveness and execution.
