Our successful Energy and Utilities practice is looking for skilled experts to lead teams delivering for our current client base and to develop new opportunities as part of our ambitious growth strategy. We are looking for experienced consultants with a proven track record delivering in regulated utilities who can lead in multi-skilled teams with experience of working with UK energy infrastructure. The ideal candidate would have real-world experience of energy networks and preferably be able to show an understanding of energy price controls and the RIIO framework, and how the management of the physical assets supports customer, regulator and sector objectives. We are looking to hire and develop leaders to deliver and grow sustainable business. We need people who can work independently, lead teams, and are driven self-starters who will impress our clients at this exciting time in the energy transition. What we’re looking for As a part of the team, you will assist in creating and pursuing business opportunities for new and existing clients through your own and PA’s wide network of clients. We excel at bridging the gap between regulatory, engineering, digital and customer languages so you will add new insights to our diverse mix. We work very closely with all our clients, build strong interpersonal relationships, and pride ourselves on our ability to ‘walk the talk,’. Therefore, we are particularly interested in those who have practical ‘hands on’ experience with energy infrastructure assets and interest of: Energy infrastructure planning (transmission and/or distribution) in a rapidly evolving landscape The operation of energy networks in delivering consumer, regulator and shareholder priorities The production of asset strategies, policies, plans and standards.
