Environment Senior Associate / Managing Senior Associate (8+ PQE), England & Wales qualified, open to any of our UK offices (London, Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester, Glasgow or Edinburgh). The role sits in the UK's largest dedicated Planning & Environment team and works on contentious and non-contentious environmental, climate change, sustainability and regulatory matters across Energy, Infrastructure and Real Estate projects. Key Responsibilities Advising on environmental regulatory matters, including permitting and compliance Supporting large-scale projects and transactions across infrastructure and energy Guidance on enforcement matters and regulatory risk Drafting and negotiating complex contracts for sustainability and environmental initiatives Work on carbon markets, biodiversity net gain and nature-based solutions Building client relationships and contributing to business development Collaborating across the national practice Skills, Knowledge and Experience England & Wales qualified lawyer 8+ years' PQE Experienced environment lawyer with strong contract drafting experience
