This position reports to: Portfolio Manager __ Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to support proactive business development aligned with the division’s strategy in countries where business conditions require increased attention and focus. Each day, you will provide business support, including expertise in products, applications, solutions, and segment and customer (group) support for the assigned product portfolio, ensuring sustainable deployment of the division’s strategic plan. You will also showcase your expertise by facilitating activities to drive profitable business growth. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Motion Drive Products division in CDMX/GDL. You will be mainly accountable for: Supporting the process of defining marketing and sales targets and establishing appropriate metrics and measurement tools to effectively monitor performance in the region in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders. Ensuring profitable business growth focused on orders, revenues, margins, market shares, and customer satisfaction, as well as the implementation of particular product, application, and segment initiatives in close collaboration with the division stakeholders. Implementing activities for agreed cross-divisional, product group, and regional initiatives. Assisting in continuous improvement of Net Promoter Score (NPS) by executing customer satisfaction surveys, analyzing results, and with corrective actions as necessary. Qualifications for the role Bachelors Degree - Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering 3 + years experience in technical support focused on Automation Equipment Knowledge of VFD, PLC, HMI programing Experience in business development, attracting new accounts o grow current accounts (Salesforce knowledge preferred) **Advanced English required** Open to travel 70% More about us Building a cleaner, smarter future takes all kinds of minds: the curious, the courageous, and the creative.
