This position reports to: VP Americas Customer Services __ In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact. The work model for the role is: Hybrid with a home location in Houston, TX and 50% travel required. #LI-Hybrid Your role and responsibilities: Creates end-user acceptance and specification offering for service agreement with digital offerings. Drives and implements marketing and sales activities for the assigned market segment(s) in line with the agreed strategy. Ensures a high level of customer satisfaction and continuously monitors service agreement with digital offering sales performance. Defines, implements, and reviews the service agreement and digital marketing (and communications) strategies for target segment(s). Ensures achievement of the established targets by overseeing progress and defining improvement actions as needed. Monitors digital market trends and accordingly recommends improvements in the digital marketing strategy and plans to meet changing market and competitive landscapes. Visits customers to understand their needs and ensures the resolution of customer issues. Assists the sales team and channels teams to win business. Qualifications for the role: Required Associate’s degree in a related field is required 5+ years of experience in Technical Services IT Systems experience is required Process Analytics systems knowledge and experience is required Preferred Bachelor's Degree in a related field Marketing and/pr sales experience, specifically with digital services Web application experience We empower you to take the lead, share bold ideas, and shape real outcomes.
