Job Description Summary Emirati Graduate Program Associate (Fixed Term Contract) We are welcoming UAE National Talents to apply for our Novartis Emiratization Program which will provide you with real world experience that will allow you to put your theoretical learning into practice. In this role, you will support the effective execution of marketing priorities by coordinating cross-functional initiatives, enabling high-quality customer engagement, and strengthening operational excellence across the therapy area. The role connects strategy with execution and helps ensure that key initiatives are delivered in a timely, compliant and locally relevant manner. #LI-Onsite Job Description KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Marketing Operations & Execution Supports the planning and delivery of key marketing initiatives, including congresses, events, customer engagement activities and other priority programs. Coordinates with field teams, vendors and internal stakeholders to enable smooth execution and timely follow-through. Content & Omnichannel Projects Supports the localization and implementation of promotional and educational content. Helps ensure materials are relevant to local needs and progress efficiently through the required internal processes. Disease Awareness Supports the coordination of social media and disease awareness initiatives, ensuring alignment across functions, agencies and stakeholders. Tracks overall project progress and helps maintain clear communication throughout delivery. Ethics, Risk & Compliance Works in line with company policies, ethical standards and applicable compliance requirements. Promotes responsible ways of working and supports an inclusive environment free from discrimination and harassment. CAPABILITIES & WAYS OF WORKING PROJECT OWNERSHIP Organized, dependable and able to manage multiple priorities with disciplined follow-through. COLLABORATION Confident working across functions and with external partners in a matrix environment. COMMUNICATION Clear and professional written and verbal communication, with the ability to connect stakeholders. LEARNING AGILITY Curious, proactive and comfortable learning new processes, systems and therapeutic-area context. IDEAL BACKGROUND EDUCATION University degree or equivalent in Science, Pharmacy, Medicine, Marketing, Business or a related discipline. EXPERIENCE 0–3 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, communications or a related field. LANGUAGES Excellent English; Arabic is an advantage for regional stakeholder engagement.
