The Marketing Manager, Global Growth Marketing will be responsible for downstream marketing and commercialization strategies that maximize portfolio value, customer adoption, and profitable growth. The role leads business and marketing planning, with a primary focus on lifecycle management and portfolio optimization to improve efficiency, strengthen profitability, simplify the portfolio, and maximize value across the product lifecycle. This position also supports the commercialization and ongoing management of strategically sourced technologies external innovation partnerships. The Marketing Manager, Global Growth Marketing will report to the Sr. Marketing Manager, Global Growth Marketing, VELYS™ Power. Responsibilities Include Lead downstream marketing strategies, annual marketing plans, and commercial programs that drive portfolio adoption, utilization, revenue growth, and profitability. Own lifecycle management and portfolio optimization initiatives, including product transitions, portfolio simplification, margin improvement, and end-of-life planning. Assess market research, customer insights, competitive dynamics, portfolio performance, and financial results to prioritize investments and improve business performance. Lead commercialization and launch execution for new products, portfolio enhancements, and strategically sourced technologies developed with external manufacturing and innovation partners. Partner with regional and local marketing and sales teams to develop customer conversion, demand generation, pricing, and market execution strategies.
