Execute North America commercialization plans that support adoption, utilization, and revenue objectives. Lead defined launch, demand-generation, and field-enablement workstreams for VELYS Spine Active Robotics and Navigation. Gather surgeon, customer, sales, and market insights to inform positioning, messaging, and commercial priorities. Partner across Sales, Education, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, Regulatory, Clinical, Medical Affairs, and R&D to deliver assigned commercial objectives. Monitor performance and recommend actions to strengthen execution and support portfolio growth.
