Job Description: Digital (TD) delivers the expertise, technology and equipment for Airbus Defence and Space and Aerospace products – We make it fly! You will be part of the "Digital Material Solutions" team. At Airbus Defence and Space, this international team focuses on software development, service and application management. Our team members come from a wide range of areas and aim to offer users professional systems and services. In this area we develop systems to support the complete process of Sales of spares, Initial Provisioning, Planning and Demand, Costing and Pricing, Quotation, Order Administration, Delivery, and we design and develop system models to support the availability of material for In-Service Support (ISS) contract. You will be part of an international team with a high level of commitment, very enthusiastic, dynamic and highly motivated. In this department there is a great diversity of projects and direct contact with our client (Customer Services and external customers) allowing us to acquire a high level of knowledge of the business area, which helps to achieve greater success by providing IT Solutions. In this frame, the jobholder will be responsible to maintain and evolve the System, making analysis of business requirements and functional design of the solution being involved in all phases of the product development (DevOps mind-set) to keep the Airbus IT landscape running smoothly, reliably, and efficiently. Task and main mission – Responsibility Translates the business needs into IT requirements and proactively identify opportunities for business transformation or improvement enabled by technology. Develops a solid understanding of the customer's existing business and business processes ideally end-to-end, the key drivers and measures of success for the business, and the short- and long-term direction of the business and related technologies. Formulates functional and nonfunctional requirements of the business organization and advises on the lifecycle of the information solutions. Evaluates the impact in terms of change management. Collaborates with the IT Product Manager while ensuring that the developed solutions are inline with evolving customer needs Your main responsibilities will include: Conducts in-depth discovery meetings, targeted at understanding, capturing, and identifying the complex business requirements and operational objectives of the customer, with recommendations on automation. Identify areas for improvement in business processes providing possible IT solutions compliant with the Digital strategy Supports the IT Product Manager in the Product/Service Planning based on the customer requirements Produces documentation of current challenges, future requirements, and benefits in a manner appropriate for the customer Defines and develop the required specification documents to be reviewed with stakeholders and Product team members Serves as liaison between Product Management teams and technical resources during product development and implementation to ensure integrity of the solution delivered. Develop small enhancements for the web applications in the area. Required Skills Business Plan Development Design of Digital Services Eco-design of Digital Services Export Control Basics IT Architecture Design IT/Business Change Management IT & Business Strategy Alignment Activity planning and scheduling Product/Service planning User centricity Problem Solving Generative AI Essentials & Prompting Engineer (or equivalent graduate) in Informatics, Industrial or Aeronautic. You are familiar with Aeronautics topics and Spares Configuration. .NET and Angular web development is a must. Knowledge in Digital Capabilities such as Big Data, Analytics, Python is a plus You are known for your good coordination and relational skills, your tenacity, your good presentation skills (both oral and written), and your high adaptability-flexibility.
