Conduct market and technology research on new mechanical system, sustainable cooling methods and emerging data and trends across APAC markets Support cross-disciplinary coordination with other subject matter experts throughout the design and construction phases. Update and maintain relevant documentation and records where needed. Skills for Success Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field Strong understanding in HVAC fundamental and/or building services Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant productivity tools Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently.
